So here I am making good on my promise to do a better job at blogging. Over the weekend I didn't workout those were my rest days. Was kinda good but you really pay for it when you do workout. I might try splitting up the days when I only do 5 days of workouts. My eating on Sunday was AWFUL!!! It was like nothing was satisfying me and I couldn't get full. Oh well I guess you have those days. Lets just hope those are very far and few in between.
Todays workout was hard but so glad that I was pushed and that I finished.

Sprints 4 sets of 4 40/20's at 8.5....such a love hate relationship for sure!!
Then we did tons of abs, squats, and push-ups.
Now it's off to Youngs Dairy with the family =)
